I found everything outstanding, would recomand it to anyone. The hotel's position was handy, just off all restaurants. Café Flushed located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Great and lovely setting, it's adjacent to train station right outside, lovely restaurants and pubs and several pubs to stop on the way to have a drink. Special thanks to very welcoming and enthusiastic staff for making my stay a nice experience.

That was what I call lovely place for staycation. This was a marvellous location just next door to restaurants and local advice, Jerwood art gallery & sea front/beach/shops, and the old town of Hastings, near to the best pubs

I asked for a double room and the one given was spotlessly clean and well-designed. Tea/coffee, coffee-making facilities, and a sofa were much appreciated. The location was marvellous and lovely, just 5 min walk from underground tunnels.

Clean place, would definitely return here. This property is in a perfect location, so close to the sea and town, pubs, wine bars and restaurants, and the old town. It is away from hustle and bustle.

As adventure travelers, we appreciated the convenient location near scenic cliff walks and interesting shops and cafes. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of veggie options. The room was beautifully decorated, cozy, and had thoughtful touches like soft towels

    Friendly professional employees!

Perfect and handy location with parking on the adjacent road. Again, not far from Blue Reef Aquarium. Restful rooms, delicious and absolutely superb breakfast. A good choice of goodies for breakfast.
